How To Use The Bench
Kneel in a comfortable spot. Place the bench over your legs with the finger hole towards the front. Lean forward sliding your hands down to the bottom of both bench legs and spread them as far as possible. This locks the cables in place and avoids “wobble”. Sit back and enjoy Feeling Good!
